"Millies Rainbow" in Baltimore

July 4, 1994

"Millie's Rainbow" created on my mothers 91st birthday on July 4, as a dedication to Global Unity and World Peace.

It was great to return to Baltimore the city where I created my first rainbows some 15 years before.

A three gun fireboat with a capacity of 10,000 gallons per minute was provided by the Baltimore Fire Department. I even got to work with some of the same firemen.
